Distribution One is seeking a System Trainer. We provide powerful software applications and support to help Wholesalers and Distributors run their businesses efficiently and profitably. From the installation to the Go-live we have it covered! The System Trainer is
responsible for all on-site consulting and training engagements for new and
existing users of our ERP software throughout North America. This IT position
requires travel and a positive customer service attitude.

Job Responsibilities

As a System Trainer you will be
training new users on our ERP Software and consulting on best business
practices, fitting our customers’ needs to our software. You will travel
throughout the United States and Canada, this does include overnight travel.
You will also be consulting with existing users to enhance utilization of the
ERP software and increase customers’ operational efficiencies.

Additional Responsibilities for
System Trainer:

•  Developing customer relationships, supporting
  users during non-training times.
•  Providing written internal reports documenting
  customer engagements as well as formal reports to customers identifying areas
  of improvement and outlining recommendations
•  Performing in-house training for customers
  onsite in Dallas, TX and Mt. Laurel, NJ

Job Requirements

As a System Trainer you are
required to have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, MIS, IS, Education
or a related degree such as Distribution, Operations or Logistics. Excellent
people skills are essential as the majority of this position is training and
consulting with our valued customers.

Additional Requirements for
System Trainer:

•  50% overnight travel
•  Must possess a valid driver’s license

Web Developer

• Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems
• Plan, document, and test all web-based and data driven applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems
• Design and implement templates, databases and interfaces to increase efficiency and ease of use
• Must be able to build HTML pages at a fast pace
• Develop prototypes of User Interfaces

• Samples of HTML pages you have developed
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Jquery, Framework
• Familiar with Front End .NET UI Controls
• Knowledge of CS3, AJAX, .NET are a plus

ERP Software Support Specialist -

Accounting

• Fielding of incoming questions and issues from customers in a fast paced customer service environment
• Problem identification, research, and resolution over the phone or by email
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and test application software
• Advance to be increasingly self-sufficient in handling incoming questions and escalate problems to higher support tiers as appropriate
• Gain an understanding of the customer urgency of certain reported issues in order to appropriately ensure company management is aware of the importance of open issues
• Communicate resolutions in an effective manner to the customers and follow issues through to resolution
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, MIS, IS, Distribution, Operations, or Logistics preferred)
• Recent college graduate preferred
• Excellent organization skills, problem-solving skills, verbal/written communication skills, and good telephone presence are required
• Must be able to express technical concepts in an effective manner, both verbally and written
• Desire and willingness to learn the system and software
• Solid understanding of wholesale distribution including strong knowledge of general business procedures such as accounting, inventory management, and order processing required
• Previous experience with ERP or Accounting software within the wholesale distribution industry or computer software industry is desired
