Customer Service Rep/Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep/Trainer that can support our customers by phone by handling questions and/or problems concerning software usage. A good knowledge of PC's and Software such as Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Familiarity with the wholesale distribution industry and a working knowledge of Accounting a plus. Distribution One is a fast growing computer company located in Central New Jersey with a casual, friendly work environment.
